Week 2 Recap and Week 3 Picks
Week 2 recap:
The Orb picked up right where it left off last season's playoffs when it came to totals (Over/Unders). This was our bread and butter in the playoffs and we are aiming to keep this going all season. Here's how it faired week 2:
2/2, 100%, +1.818 units on all 'high value' totals.
5/7, 71.4%, +2.545 units on all 'high value' and 'medium value' totals.
Week 2 saw week 1 frauds looking like competent football teams, and week 1 competent football teams look like frauds. We have another week of data to analyze and help sharpen the algorithm and hopefully help to make our moneyline picks and spread picks as accurate as our totals throughout the season.
For transparency, here attached are the Orb's week 3 picks based on the two weeks of data we have so far.
